Damaged or Incorrect Items
We work closely with our vendors to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and in a timely manner, and we strive to provide quality items. In the event that your order arrives damaged, in poor condition, or with incorrect items, please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, make sure to include your order number, item(s) you need assistance with, a description of the problem, and a photo if possible. Claims are mostly handled on a case-by-case basis.
For course summary books, you have 90 days from your order date to report any issues. If it has been more than 90 days before you report your issue, we will not be able to provide a replacement copy or refund.
